Hi... I am also searching for ways to burn my avi movies to dvd... or good conversion program. When i try nero and try to create a dvd using the avi file it wont fit to the dvd. but it can burn to the dvd as data file. Some players can play the dvd but not all... do i need to concert the avi...

This is also my prblem with my HP w2207h lcd and it sometimes get's blurry...

I was about to get a lenovo laptop when my brother stopped me and told me to get a dell instead... sigh... but its ok...

yes that's right it should still have a cable that you can use to connect your old hard drive to your motherboard. Then set it as a slave so you that wont conflict on your system then you can access the data you have in your old hard drive.

If i were you i will go for any ordinary hard drives because games doesnt usually depends on hard drive alone.

I'm not sure about your video cards guys. But what I am sure about is the one that I'm using which is the 'Sapphire ATI Radeon HD3850 512MB DDR3 2DVI AGP Video Card' is definitely doing great. I would even recommend this to you. I bought it at Blazintech. I found it cheaper yet high performing ;)
