I have this bad feeling that its the motherboard. Everything is installed properly but does not boot up. Any other suggestions?

I've tried taking out everything and reputting everything back in and I get the same result, fans spin for 1 second and shuts off. I get a power light when I look into the motherboard. I cant even get into the bios.

I think it is seated properly. What happens is when i plug it in, I turn on the power supply and then i see a light from the motherboard(power switch from the inside) then i press the power button and its just cuts on and off (fans from the power supply, CPU cooler, and the big fan for 1...

When you get into the windows 7 setup, try formatting the hard drive. Erase any partitions unless it has to make the partition and try installing it again. I've gone through this when I had to put a new hard drive in my laptop.
