You shouldn't occur any problems as long as the new board is the same as the old one. The Operating system is stored on your hard-drive so as long as it worked before the Mobo took a crap you should be fine.

The FMP188 wall plate is a coax-cable wall connection plate isn't it? If so, you will need a coax cable connector to connect a threaded bolt socket on the end of the coax cable (Just like your cable tv)

Thats cool it was something as simple, and sometimes inexpensive as a power supply. I just had a power supply go bad on a personal machine of mine two weeks ago.
